We are a provider of quality lifestyle facilities, located in the southern suburbs of Perth. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, efficient and friendly individual to join our housekeeping team.
The housekeeper plays a key role in providing professional tidying and cleaning services in the common use areas of the property. This is a part time role for 10 hours each week (5 hour shift each Tuesday and Friday morning).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas and walkways
- Replenishing common consumables and emptying bins
- Cleaning common wet areas
- Attend to cleaning on a regular rostered basis
- Liaise with guests regarding housekeeping issues
- Report any problems to the property manager
- Identifying and reporting hazards as they are recognised
- Maintaining cleanliness of common outdoor areas
- Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- A diligent approach to safe manual handling and hygiene control
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures
- Knowledge of the safe handling of chemicals
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Ability and willingness to build relationships and work as part of a team
- National Police Clearance certificate
- Senior First Aid Certificate is highly desirable
