The Job

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, career driven individual to be a part of our kitchen brigade on a casual basis in the role of Breakfast/Commis Chef. This is a unique opportunity for someone to come on board and become part of TFE hotels ever growing portfolio.

This position would suit an early riser with outstanding verbal communication skills. You must also be able to work in a team environment whilst playing a vital role in the creation of the Travelodge breakfast concept.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven exemplary customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills (inter-personally savvy)
  • Occupational Health & Safety qualifications/skills (in food, chemical, and manual handling)
  • Organised (ability to plan and be proactive, time management efficient)
  • Creative (unique and full of ideas, ability to solve difficult problems)
  • Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster, commencing at 6.00am

Previous experience in a similar hotel role is preferred but not essential.
