About the business and the role
A caretaker/cleaner is required for our new apartment complex in Midlands WA.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The role encompasses
cleaning of the common property,
taking out and bringing in bins,
dealing with move in and move outs,
reviewing the site for maintenance requirements,
meeting with contractors as required to provide access and
generally taking pride in caretaking a new apartment community.
Hours Monday to Friday 3 hours a day / start and finish times negotiable.
Occasional call outs may be required.
Southern Cross Cleaning is a Western Australian owned and operated cleaning company and we are currently looking to engage cleaners for various shifts and locations in the northern suburbs.
Experience and own transport is important.

Cook / Kitchen Hand
” V Burger “regarded as one of the Perth’s “juiciest” Gourmet Burger Bar looking for experienced Cook and kitchen hand to join our team. Our new store will be opening at Elizabeth Quay in April. New team will be put together, and we want you to be a part of our team.
Key of responsibility for cook
Duties include preparing, cooking and cleaning
maintaining high hygiene standard
Set up workstations and cooking equipment before service
Plan daily preparation schedules
Ensure great presentation and quality according to our standards
Keep kitchen environment clean and safe at all time
Monitor and order stock to optimized efficiency, reduce wastage and control costs
Proven experience as a cook in Grill or fryer position or both for minimum 1 year in the same role.
Australian citizen, permanent visa holder or valid working permit visa.
Able to demonstrate preparation skills including cutting and operating kitchen equipment.
Ability to follow instruction and procedures.
Ability to work in a team, have a friendly, can do attitude.
Excellent physical condition and stamina
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
