Hospitality Professionals Needed
Claremont Yacht Club is expanding their Hospitality team and need people who are self-motivated, professional, and take pride in doing a job beyond expectations. As part of our current recruitment drive, we are seeking a Bar Team Leader, Casual Bar Staff, and Kitchen Hand/Cook.

Bar Team Leader: You will need to be hands-on, great at leading a team and have a ‘can do’ attitude. The successful applicant will hold an Approved Managers Card, have experience supervising and rostering staff and have a good knowledge of stock control and budgets. Since our bar mainly operates out of work hours for our members and functions, the majority of your time commitment would be evenings and weekends.

Bar Staff: Evening and weekend staff required on a roster basis. Experience is preferred but not essential, all training will occur on the job. Your main role will be engaging with our members, cash handling including till work, and general food/drink service as required in a Members Club and Functions venue.

Kitchen Hand and Cook: Kitchen staff with the appropriate level of training for food preparation or a Kitchen Hand to assist in the running of the kitchen, as required on a roster basis.

The venue is a well established Members-only Club set on the beautiful banks of the Swan River and provides regular bar and restaurant service throughout the week, as well as hosting a variety of functions throughout the year. Sittella is a family owned Award winning Boutique winery and restaurant. It is only 30 minutes away from Perth CBD. The restaurant caters for a la carte lunches and also for functions and weddings. Open from Tuesdays till Sundays/public holidays 11 am till 4 pm.

The applicant is expected to be experienced, has an interest or basic knowledge of wine, with excellent customer service skills, team spirit and able to work under pressure when busy. The position is part time (20 hours) but there is a possibility of extending into the week days.

An RSA certificate is required and basic knowledge of wines or being prepared to learn more about wines is highly recommended.

Europcar Australia is seeking a dedicated and proactive part-time Vehicle Service Agent to join our Fremantle location.

Reporting to the Station Manager, the successful applicant will be focused on ensuring that our customers enjoy their car rental experience, through maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation and cleanliness.

Your strong work ethic and positive “can do” attitude will contribute to the growing success of the Fremantle station.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

– Cleaning vehicles to ensure Europcar quality assurance standards are achieved
– Checking the vehicles for roadworthiness and ensuring appropriate oil levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained
– Checking for any chips on the windscreens and checking for any panel damage or any other general wear and tear on the vehicle
– Ensuring that a high standard of customer satisfaction is achieved
– Refuelling company vehicles as required.

You will need to be flexible and able to work on a 7 day-a week rotating shift roster. A current and open manual driver’s license is essential.
