Kindai Sightseeing

kindaitourOn the weekend our Kindai students took a trip to Caversham where we got to see lots of wildlife including Kangaroos, Koalas and Wombats! Next we went to the Pinnacles where we got to see how the rocks were formed and almost got blown away in the wind! And to finish off a FUN day we went Sandboarding. It was so much fun! Some students were able to stand, others went flying down the sand dunes sitting. I couldn’t choose between the photos, so many good pictures!

Homestay Students

Here’s a photo of Yoko from Japan, Lisette from Columbia, me and Inhye from Korea all in Hillarys 🙂 … and then my beautiful student with kangaroos 🙂 .. and then us all at June’s house for dinner!

We love getting good feedback especially from our homestay families. Here our host mum Michelle has only great things to say about our new student Inhye!

“Just wanted to let you know I am totally thrilled with accommodating Inhye. She is absolutely wonderful and eats everything. She has no food allergies or dislikes and is so appreciative of all the food I make – it just makes it such a joy to prepare meals for her.

Yesterday, my friend June and i combined her two English school students from Japan and Columbia, with my student and we took them up to Hillarys for coffee, then to Pinneroo to see the kangaroos and then to June’s house for dinner. We all had such a wonderful time. I am so grateful to you for your help in arranging everything. You are doing a great job! Thanks so much. Have a great week!!!

Love Mxxx”
