This position requires a person who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised. Basic Food Knowledge and preparations are also a requirement. This position provides the ability for the right person to develop skills and knowledge within a professional Kitchen as training is provided.
Promotions are also possible.
The position could be suitable for someone studying hospitality on a student visa able to work 10-20 hours a week.
Shifts required include weekend Saturday and Sunday breakfast shifts, cooking for a small a la carte breakfast, kitchen cleaning plus various evening and day time kitchen hand shifts during the week.
Hourly rate as per the Club Workers Award- Cook grade 1 (level 2) casual
