Last Wednesday the Cambridge students and teachers changed profession to the illustrious heights of the legal profession with a trip to the Supreme Court of WA.
They re-enacted the trial of Audrey Jacob, a woman accused of murdering a man in front a ballroom of people in the early 1900’s. Students played the roles of legal counsel, court officers and witnesses, including the accused, Audrey Jacob.
Here are scenes from the court re-enactment. An interesting, out of the ordinary excursion.

Our students have been out practicing their English over the last couple of weeks on the “Out and About” English course. They have visited such places as Rottnest Island and Fremantle, making journals on the whole experience. The course focuses on practical English whilst being complimented by grammar and lanuage teaching points. The next course starts next Monday 28th November so make sure you sign up if you are a full time Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, or Upper Intermediate student! Check out some of the beautiful photos from student Charlie’s Out and About Journal…
